What you can write to us about
- A bug: a converter that does not load, a button that does nothing, or a result that looks wrong on your device.
- A correction: a size that does not match the chart or brand guidance you use, in the shoe, ring, bra or clothing converters.
- A suggestion: a region, a size category or a tool you would like to see added.
- A privacy question: a request about the data described in our privacy policy.
What to include
A few details help us reply faster:
- The name of the tool, for example "Shoe size converter".
- The values you entered and the result you saw.
- The result you expected, and where it comes from if you know.
- Your browser and device, if you are reporting a bug.
Response time
We read every message. We usually reply within five business days. Corrections are checked against our sources before we change a conversion, so a fix may take a little longer.
Please do not send sensitive personal information by email. We do not need it to answer your message.
